Product Description
    Series resonant system exerts series resonance principle, uses excitation transformer to motivate series resonant loop, to adjust the output frequency of the director, make the loop inductance L and measured equipment C in series resonant, voltage of the resonance is the same as tested equipment. Frequency Resonant Testing Equipments are widely used in Electric Power, Metallurgy, Oil, Chemical Industry, etc, applicable to connecting and preventing tests for capacitive equipments with high-capacity, high-voltage.
    It is composed by control cabinet, excitation transformer, high voltage reactor, high voltage divider. There are two kinds of control cabinet, more than 20KW is console, less than 20KW is portable case; it is composed by controller and filter device. Its main function is change 380V or 200V (the amplitude and frequency are fixed) frequency sine wave AC power into sine wave (amplitude and frequency are adjustable), and supply power for the whole system. The function of excitation transformer is to boost the output voltage of the power source to the proper measured voltage. High voltage reactor L is important component of the resonant loop, it with measured equipment CX in serial resonant when the power frequency=1/(2π )
This system applies to AC voltage withstand tests of 10KV, 35KV, 110KV, 220KV, 500KV polythene cable , 60KV, 220KV, 500KV GIS, large transformers, generators, transformer induced voltage withstand test and ground resistance measurement.

Product Features

When the system automatic tuning, auto scanning from 30Hz to 300Hz, display the scanning curve, customers can clearly view the tuning process; after finished the scanning, system will find out the resonant point, makes frequency fine tuning within its range ±5Hz with resolution 0.01Hz, finally accurately lock the resonant frequency.
3. Multi test modes: automatic tuning + manually regulating voltage, automatic tuning + automatic regulating voltage, manually tuning + manually regulating voltage, we suggest the mode: automatic tuning + manually regulating voltage, which can fast find out the resonant point, it also can control the measurement process by manually regulating voltage, more safe.
4. Friendly man-machine communication interface, parameters setting, test controlling , test results displayed in one screen, clear and visible, with auto timing and operation indicating functions, full touching screen, can store and review the test data.
5. Perfect protecting functions, with zero position protection (forbid the system to start if the voltage output controlling knob was not at the zero position), over-voltage protection, over-current protection and flashover protection, ensure the safety of the system.
