【To Customer】:
To protect your rights, and get Goz Technology "repair, replace or return" service in time, please be sure to read and understand:
1. After receipt of the instrument, please first time confirm quantity and specifications, and feedback to Goz Technology after signing and stamping. 
2. If one week after receiving goods and no feedback, deemed acceptance with quality passed. 
3. The warranty does not cover accessory equipment, such as boxes, test cables, power cables, data cables, and other loss parts.
4. Related technical training and documents will be provided in accordance with the terms of the contract.
5. For product problems, it provides one year free warranty and lifetime maintenance, while if there is contract agreement, please subject to contract.

【“Three Guarantees”】:
1. Within one year from the date of purchase, if there is non-human fault of equipment host, a free repair service will be provided.
2. Within one year from the date of purchase, if the equipment host has the same fault two times and can’t use after repair, you can choose to replace the same type of instrument host. 
3. Within one year from the date of purchase, the configured necessary accessories (such as: computers, software systems, storage media, infrared media, etc.) fails, Goz Technology will help you contact accessory supplier and provide "Three Guarantees" service.
4. Within one year from the date of purchase, if there is updating of purchased equipment, Goz Technology will provide you with a free replacement service.
